For the Date Takers
Can I edit my own campaign?
Actually you can't. What's unique about IsACatch is that only your friends can edit the content on your campaign. If you're offended by a piece of content on your campaign, you can always delete it. If you feel uncomfortable with the entire campaign, you have the power to disable it from public view.

What does it mean when a campaign's not live?
A campaign doesn't become live until the person who's the "catch" verifies their identity through the email address which was setup for them in their profile. Until the date taker authorizes that the campaign can go live, it will remain viewable only by the date taker and his or her campaign contributors.

What's the difference between an enabled and disabled campaign?
An enabled campaign is one that's live and viewable by anyone visiting IsACatch.com. A disabled campaign is viewable only by the date taker and his or her campaign contributors. Only the date taker can re-enable a campaign once it's been disabled. Unless a campaign is enabled, it won't be viewable by other potential catches, so make sure it's enabled!

Who can see my recommendations that my friends have suggested?
Your recommendations are only visible to you and people participating in your campaign. Don't worry, no one outside of your campaign will see what you rate or say about them.

I don't like my campaign for love. What can I do?
You can ultimately disable your campaign if you don't like it, but do you really want to? Remember, you can always just delete the stuff you don't like.

How come I can't change my campaign picture?
With IsACatch, only contributors to a campaign have control over the content. As a date taker, you can't modify the content. We think your friends will be able to create a better campaign for you this way.

How can I invite my friends to my own campaign?
If you login to your account, and view your own profile, click on the Invite Contributors button next to your picture. Enter your friend's email address into the Invite Others box. You can invite multiple friends at once by entering each email address, and separating them with a comma.

So I like this chick/dude, now what?
Right now IsACatch doesn't support contacting another date taker. Yea, we know that is lame. We're working on it so it hopefully will be out soon. Feel free to send us feedback!

Who can see my recommendations that I have given to my elibible friend?
Your recommendations are only visible to your eligible friend and other people participating as part of their campaign. Don't worry, no one outside of the campaign will see what you rate or say.

Why can't people see my friend's campaign for love? It says that it isn't public...
Either your eligible friend has disabled their campaign or they haven't registered with IsACatch yet. Did you remember to invite your eligible friend?

What's up with the vices? Some of them aren't very nice.
You can think of vices as a way to poke fun at your friend. It takes a certain kind of humor to appreciate them, so if vices aren't your thing, just leave them blank.

Can I add questions or vices, other than the ones you have listed?
Currently you can only check off the vices that we've created for you. Similarly, you can only answer questions that the IsACatch team has come up with. We realize many people want to create their own questions... we are working on it..

Who's this Keyvan guy?
Keyvan is a single guy who has a lot of really great friends. His friends are so great that they wanted to find Keyvan dates online. So first they created a site called DateKeyvan.com, and thought the idea might apply to more people than just Keyvan. So IsACatch.com was born! Keyvan's campaign for love is now on IsACatch - check it out at Keyvan.IsACatch.com.
